If you still cannot find an email from us in the spam folder either, you may have entered a wrong email address<\/strong> at checkout, or your inbox is full<\/strong>. In that case the easiest thing is to email us at service@aufladecodes.de<\/a> \u2014 we will find a solution.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”My top-up code is not working. What can I do?”]Please contact the support team of the respective provider directly. You will find the contact details on each product page.<\/p>\n

Important: the codes we deliver are generated by the respective provider only shortly before delivery to you. It is highly unlikely that a code does not work. If there is a problem, the provider is the correct contact. We do not have any way to verify a code on our side.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”I ordered the wrong code \u2014 can I exchange it?”]Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or returns of a code that has already been delivered. SIM cards and other physical products are shipped by post.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How long does delivery take?”]Your order is usually dispatched within seconds of payment being received. Items that have to be shipped physically (e.g. SIM cards) go out the following business day.[\/vc_toggle][vc_separator][vc_custom_heading text=”Payment questions” font_container=”tag:h3|text_align:left|color:%231e73be” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_toggle title=”Why do I have to pay a service fee?”]The service fee is necessary because the very small commissions in our industry do not cover our costs for payment processing, server operation, customer support and so on. We will continue to work hard to reduce the service fee, and we feel it is already fair compared to many competitors.<\/p>\n

\nPlease only order if you agree to this fee.<\/strong>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I pay with Google Pay \/ Apple Pay?”]Paying via Google Pay or Apple Pay is only possible if you have a valid credit card stored there. In that case choose “Credit card” as the payment method at checkout and click “Place order”. On the following page Google Pay or Apple Pay will be offered to you.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I pay with PayPal?”]Unfortunately not. PayPal is not currently accepted as a payment method.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How long does a bank transfer take?”]With a classic bank transfer please note that banks typically take 1\u20132 business days to process the transfer. Many banks also offer “instant transfer” (usually for a fee), with which your payment arrives with us within a few minutes even on weekends. In any case your order is only dispatched after the payment has been received in our account. All incoming payments are detected automatically, so you receive your order as quickly as possible.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Why is my credit card being declined?”]A declined credit card can have many causes. In most cases the reason is shown to you directly at payment time. Since card payments are handled by our payment processor, we do not have any influence on the decision.<\/p>\n

If your payment is declined when everything should be fine, please check whether your card is enabled for 3-D Secure<\/strong>. 3-D Secure is a security procedure where you confirm your authorisation to use the card via an additional channel (e.g. SMS PIN). Since February 2021, 3-D Secure is required to pay in our shop. If your card does not support 3-D Secure you can have it enabled through your card issuer.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Is my credit-card data secure?”]Card payments are processed by our payment provider. You are redirected there to pay and enter your data there. At no point do we have knowledge of your full card number \u2014 we only see the last 4 digits.[\/vc_toggle][vc_separator][vc_custom_heading text=”Order questions” font_container=”tag:h3|text_align:left|color:%231e73be” use_theme_fonts=”yes” css_animation=”none”][vc_toggle title=”Why can I no longer buy e-money products (e.g. paysafecard)?”]The sale of e-money products (paysafecard, epay, etc.) is limited to \u20ac100 per month per customer. This is a legal requirement (the German Anti-Money-Laundering Act) which we must comply with.<\/p>\n

Customers who verify themselves with us by sending a copy of their ID are exempt from this restriction. You will find a description of how that works on our account verification info page<\/a>.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Why do I have to provide my date of birth for some products?”]Some products (e.g. paysafecard) require the date of birth because the provider demands it. We only ask you for your date of birth at checkout in those cases.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Why do I have to provide my phone number when ordering??”]For some products (e.g. paysafecard) the provider requires a phone number. In that case we ask for your number at checkout and ask you to confirm it by entering a PIN code we send by SMS or voice call.<\/p>\n

For products where the number is optional, you can still provide one \u2014 this is very helpful, for example, if we are unable to reach you by email.<\/p>\n
