What can I do?&#8221;]If you have not received your top-up code despite a successful payment, please check your <strong>spam \/ junk-mail folder<\/strong> at your email provider. Sometimes our messages are incorrectly flagged as spam. To prevent this, add our address info@aufladecodes.de to your address book.<\/p>\n<p>If you still cannot find an email from us in the spam folder either, you may have entered a <strong>wrong email address<\/strong> at checkout, or your <strong>inbox is full<\/strong>. In that case the easiest thing is to email us at <a href=\"mailto:service@aufladecodes.de\">service@aufladecodes.de<\/a> \u2014 we will find a solution.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;My top-up code is not working. What can I do?&#8221;]Please contact the support team of the respective provider directly. You will find the contact details on each product page.<\/p>\n<p>Important: the codes we deliver are generated by the respective provider only shortly before delivery to you. It is highly unlikely that a code does not work. If there is a problem, the provider is the correct contact. We do not have any way to verify a code on our side.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;I ordered the wrong code \u2014 can I exchange it?&#8221;]Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or returns of a code that has already been delivered. In that case choose &#8220;Credit card&#8221; as the payment method at checkout and click &#8220;Place order&#8221;. On the following page Google Pay or Apple Pay will be offered to you.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Can I pay with PayPal?&#8221;]Unfortunately not. PayPal is not currently accepted as a payment method.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;How long does a bank transfer take?&#8221;]With a classic bank transfer please note that banks typically take 1\u20132 business days to process the transfer. Many banks also offer &#8220;instant transfer&#8221; (usually for a fee), with which your payment arrives with us within a few minutes even on weekends. In any case your order is only dispatched after the payment has been received in our account. All incoming payments are detected automatically, so you receive your order as quickly as possible.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Why is my credit card being declined?&#8221;]A declined credit card can have many causes. In most cases the reason is shown to you directly at payment time. Since card payments are handled by our payment processor, we do not have any influence on the decision.<\/p>\n<p>If your payment is declined when everything should be fine, please check whether your card is enabled for <strong>3-D Secure<\/strong>. 3-D Secure is a security procedure where you confirm your authorisation to use the card via an additional channel (e.g. SMS PIN). Since February 2021, 3-D Secure is required to pay in our shop. If your card does not support 3-D Secure you can have it enabled through your card issuer.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Is my credit-card data secure?&#8221;]Card payments are processed by our payment provider. You are redirected there to pay and enter your data there. At no point do we have knowledge of your full card number \u2014 we only see the last 4 digits.[\/vc_toggle][vc_separator][vc_custom_heading text=&#8221;Order questions&#8221; font_container=&#8221;tag:h3|text_align:left|color:%231e73be&#8221; use_theme_fonts=&#8221;yes&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;none&#8221;][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Why can I no longer buy e-money products (e.g. paysafecard)?&#8221;]The sale of e-money products (paysafecard, epay, etc.) is limited to \u20ac100 per month per customer. This is a legal requirement (the German Anti-Money-Laundering Act) which we must comply with.<\/p>\n<p>Customers who verify themselves with us by sending a copy of their ID are exempt from this restriction.
