Under the German Anti-Money-Laundering Act (GwG) we — like all other resellers — may not sell more than €100 of e-money products (paysafecard, epay, etc.) to a single customer per month. Customers who verify their identity to us with official documents are exempt from this limit.
If you are interested, we are happy to set up a verified customer account that lets you purchase e-money products without restriction* in our shop. Please send the following documents by email to verifizierung@aufladecodes.de:
- Photos or scans of your ID card (front and back) – and –
- A selfie photo in which you hold your ID card next to your face
Activation usually takes only a few minutes during the day and is confirmed by email. If you did not have a customer account before, your new account credentials will be sent to you automatically.
As a small thank-you for your effort and trust, after successful verification you receive a voucher code worth a 5% discount on your next e-money purchase!
Important: Your data and the documents you send are of course treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties. This only happens when we are legally required to do so (e.g. requests from official investigative authorities).
*) The monthly maximum amount varies based on several risk factors. Regular customers who have been buying from us for longer typically have a higher order limit than new customers.
